sugarlab development model redux

We don’t wanna be popstars. We just like to drive fast cars, hard. When we drive we like to get around, stealthy special in selective towns. All right. Down to business.

Primary Assumption: Story timeline, arcs and products mixes are author-defined and controlled. Community developments are author-defined and user-modifiable. This includes author-controlled modification of author-generated digital content and decentralized building of überbabe physical community in key cities, as community grows.

1. Story arc created from pre-defined, media-agnostic story timeline. Overall product and community mix for story arc defined. Note: we have 5 story arcs defined.

2. Phase 1 product and community mix developed and released. Phase 1 products include graphic novels, music, initial merchandising [apparel, toys]. Phase 1 community developments include private virtual online community and physical events in key cities.

3. Phase 2 product and community mix developed and released. Phase 2 products include web-based animations and interactive tools, games and related merchandising. Phase 2 community developments include extended private community developments and physical events in additional cities.

4. Phase 3 product and community mix developed and released. Phase 3 products include film and TV, and related merchandising. Phase 3 community developments continue our community strategy to cities worldwide.

5. A new story arc and the associated product and community mix, is defined.
